Supporting The Royal Walk

We are pleased to announce that Smartsalary is this year’s premier supporter for The Royal Walk. The Royal Walk is a major fundraising event for The Royal Melbourne Hospital.

For 164 years The Royal Melbourne Hospital has been caring for all Victorians – this year alone over 250,000 people will receive care from the hospital’s dedicated staff.

The Royal Walk is a leisurely 4 kilometre stroll around Carlton’s Princes Park in Melbourne.  Walk to remember friends and family who’ve suffered illness, injury, or disease and received care at The Royal Melbourne Hospital.

The family fun will kick off at 10am this Sunday the 2nd December with the walk commencing at 11am.  Show your support and register for the walk now! You can register by clicking here.

After the walk, stay and enjoy the fun with entertainment, food stalls and a visit from Santa for all the kids. A great day out for all is guaranteed.

By showing your support, you’ll help the hospital raise awareness and help save lives!

Smartsalary: National award-winners in customer service

The 2012 Australian Service Excellence Awards were recently held in Melbourne by the Customer Service Institute of Australia.

We were first certified in 2008 and won the NSW State Award for Best Medium Business in 2011.

This year, Smartsalary is thrilled to have won both the State and National Service Excellence Awards for the Medium Business category.

Smartsalary’s CSIA Score over the years

To be recognised as a leading customer service provider is particularly humbling given our company motto – to be widely recognised as the easiest salary packaging and fleet management company to deal with.

This motto underpins everything we do here at Smartsalary – in fact it is the very essence of our culture. We believe in providing excellent service to inspire customer loyalty.

CSIA Executive Director Brett Whitford agrees that “the wider business community is becoming increasingly aware of the value and role that customer service plays in achieving business success….service provision is arguably the most critical determinant of success for many Australian organisations.”

While it’s always nice to win awards, what’s most heartening is the incremental value to our customers.

We warmly welcome your feedback and suggestions for improvement – so let us know your thoughts and we’ll get cracking!
